DO I HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO MEDITATE TO DO YOGA?
Some yoga classes and styles include a meditation practice and some do not. You don’t have to be a seasoned meditator to practice yoga. In certain classes, I may lead us collectively through short meditations, but this will be a guided experience. In every class, we end with “Savasana”, or corpse pose. This is a great time to explore relaxation with attention & intention, and may serve as your first step into meditation.
