WHEN SHOULD I PRACTICE YOGA?
This is entirely up to you, however it’s wise to avoid eating 2-3 hours beforehand. You will be twisting, bending and sometimes turning upside down – things that are not very comfortable with a full tummy. Some people enjoy early morning sessions to start their day, yoga before lunch to beat the afternoon slump, or a relaxing class just before bed. It is recommended to practice yoga as consistently as possible.
